San Fu Tie & San Jiu Tie

Seasonal herbal patch therapy — harmonizing the body with the energy cycles of summer and winter.

San Fu Tie and San Jiu Tie are traditional Chinese medicine therapies that involve applying specially formulated herbal patches to specific acupuncture points during the hottest days of summer (San Fu) and the coldest days of winter (San Jiu).

Based on the TCM principle of harmonizing the body with seasonal energy cycles, these treatments are designed to stimulate the flow of Qi and blood, strengthen Wei Qi (the body's defensive energy), and support long-term health and resilience.

Traditionally known as “treating winter conditions in summer” and “strengthening Yang in winter,” these therapies are commonly used to support respiratory health, strengthen immunity, reduce sensitivity to seasonal changes, and help manage chronic conditions that may worsen with cold weather.

The warming herbs gently activate specific acupuncture points, helping to enhance circulation, dispel cold, and promote the body's natural healing processes.

Non-invasive and suitable for many individuals, San Fu Tie and San Jiu Tie are often incorporated into a preventive wellness plan to help build vitality, improve resistance to illness, and maintain balance throughout the year. Regular seasonal treatments are believed to provide cumulative benefits, supporting overall health and well-being across changing seasons.
