Meet Cristina
Registered Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, and a member in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).
She completed her Advanced Chinese Medicine formal education at the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TSTCM) and remains committed to ongoing professional development through continued education, mentorship, and clinical training. This dedication allows her to honour the rich traditions of Chinese Medicine while incorporating current evidence-informed practices into her care.
Cristina provides compassionate, patient-centered care that looks beyond symptoms to address the underlying causes of imbalance. Drawing from the full scope of Chinese Medicine, she integrates acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, cupping therapy, and personalized diet and lifestyle recommendations to create treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique needs and health goals.
Her clinical interests include gynecological health, fertility support, digestive and respiratory health, stress and anxiety management, sleep concerns, headaches, acute and chronic pain, and complex or long-standing health conditions. Whether helping patients navigate chronic health challenges or acute concerns, Cristina's goal is to restore balance, support the body's natural healing abilities, and promote lasting well-being.
Grounded in a deep respect for traditional wisdom, the body's connection to nature, and the healing power of simple, natural therapies, Cristina combines classical knowledge with a modern understanding of health. She believes that true healing occurs when the body, mind, and spirit are treated as an interconnected whole.
Cristina views healing as a collaborative process. She strives to create a warm, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healthcare journey. Through thoughtful treatment, education, and practical guidance, she helps patients make informed choices and build a foundation for long-term health and balance.
